Manchester and District S & WPA are making Grants available to all affiliated clubs and each club may apply no more than annually for a grant.

Detailed below are the full rules. Access to the Grant Rules and the easy to complete Application Form are available as a download.  Good luck in your application.

To be able to apply for a Manchester and District S&WPA grant the club must be a member of the Manchester and District S&WPA and not have any outstanding debts owing to the Association.

In order for an application to be considered the attached application form must be fully completed.

Clubs can only be awarded one grant in any 12 months.

The application will be considered by sub committee and their recommendations will be put to the council who will make the final decision to award the grant.

Grants will only be awarded when the Council deem Manchester and District S&WPA has the money available.

The project must include some benefit for Manchester and District S&WPA.

There will be a limit on the grant. No one grant can be over £500.

Clubs to submit evidence on how the grant was spent and Delegate to report to Council on value of the grant.

Any breach of the above rules may mean the club will not be considered for further grants and may mean the club may be fined.

The Council will make the final decision on any breach of the Grant rules.
